I have costacondritis. My shoulders arms chest muscles are torn knotted and ropey. I have tendinitis in both elbows right is worse. I'm right handed. I Aldo have carpel tunnel. My hands/fingers clench as do my toes at times. I get numbness and inflamation il my neck head ears and arms. What is causing this. I have no major injuries or take no medications. Find motor movements caused stinging in my arm. My elbows pain me.
