I have constipation all the time. Very rarely do I make a good BM. I get bloated and have stomach pains, sometimes just a nagging pain or sometimes pain where I need the heating pad. I am on a gluten free diet that has helped and try to stay lactose free.. I have taken Senna for the constipation, but may been taking it too long. I have had this issue for about 30yrs, I am 50. I sometimes have pain in my intestines after making a BM. I have anxiety issues, but at the same time am very active by working out and lift weights everyday. Please give me some advise. I know I should have a colonoscopy soon, but scared to go under. Thank You.
