How Do I Know If My Chest Pain Is Serious?

I have constant chest pain that is non heart related,
The intensity of the pain varies and location. At times it is in my back or neck.
I am extremely fatigued and need to sleep much more than usual.
I have had a complete heart work up and that has been ruled out.
Where should I go next? What could be wrong with me?
