I Have Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3. Two Weeks Ago

I have chronic kidney disease stage 3.
Two weeks ago I injured my low back , left for almost two weeks vacation the day after. As long as I don't bend over, I can walk. Sciatica, down my right leg.
The last few days I have been doing better, but yesterday my low back across my whole upper buttock started aching. I just thought it was part of my back injury. I also started having to go pee more often than usual. Today, I have extreme urgency, pee my pants before I can get two room away to the bathroom. I also started seeing blood when I wiped after peeing this morning. It looked diluted, not real red. I now have left lower abdomen pain, rated a 6/10. Not sure if it's gas? I am starting to get the chills, so I believe I have a bladder infection. My temperature is now 99.7 orally. My normal is upper 97's. Should I drag myself to the hospital or wait until tomorrow to see my fkmkamily doctor?
