I Have Been Working On A Tapering System From The

I have been working on a tapering system from the drug tramadol I started at 2 50 mg pills every 4 hrs and am now down to 1 50mg pill twice a day. I am also taking: Lexapro for anxiety and depression, Mirapex for diagnosed Periodic Limb Movement Syndrome, and am on a 3 month dose of Lupron Depot for endometriosis which was the original reason for taking the Tramadol. My problem is that every single day I have been feeling the same: chills, extreme fatigue, headaches, nausea. My current primary believes it to be physical symptoms of my depression. But I was wondering if it is either still Tramadol withdrawal symptoms or a mixture of side effects from my other medications. I am only 23 years old and I am at my wits end. I really need some advice.
