I have been waking up for the past several weeks quite regularly – but not ever night – early in the morning 3 or 4 AM with chest pain. I did so this morning again and did not sleep well for the rest of the night. This morning I was generally not feeling well, and had very loose bowel movements (2) within an hour of getting up. As the day went on, I gradually felt worse with nausea (though have not vomited), headache, and general lethargy. I came home from work, took some aspirin and an hour long nap. It feels very much like the flu, but I do not have a fever. Any ideas?
