I have been told I need Gallbladder surgery.
I have done some reading. One thing was that
without a Gallbladder My Liver and Pancreas
will have to work harder and therefore be put under
more stress. Also the ability of my body to process
certain vitamins and produce certain hormones could
be a problem.

I recently had Laparoscopic gallbladder surgery. I was told after that I had a hernia near my bellybutton that needed to be repaired before they could remove the gallbladder. I have had a tearing sensation near my belly button for a while, but did not feel it after the surgery, I am having that tearing feeling again. Is it possible that I have reopened the hernia.
