I have been taking Lipitor for years and generally get the generic brand Atorvastatin and they have always been oblong. However, my most recent prescription is a round pill with no markings except "40" which I assume is for 40 mg. I am unable to determine online if this prescription comes in different shapes. Please let me know if this is Atorvastatin in a round tablet or if I have received the wrong medicine. Thank you.
