I have been seeing a Pulmonologist since last Fall 2015. I have been sick since April 2015. Been on Biaxin, Doxy, Levaquin, Augmentin, and recently put on Zithromycin. Diagnosed with Sinusitis/ Bronchitis in the Fall. I still have purulent to and white frothy sputum, wheezing, occasional SOB, coughing a lot in last 3 days. Had initial Chest X Ray and Pulmonary Function test and Sinus CT. I feel like the problem is in my lower throat too. I have seen the MD once, and the NP several times. I am waiting on some sputum cultures to result. I have used the Medes., inhalers, etc. I have never had any resp. Problems like this. Pneumonia once before. I never have smoked. What is going on? I used to work in the ER last year, and left in May 2015. Also my TB skin test was negative. .???
