I have been prescribed Dermol 500g for dryness of penis glands. Symptoms flare up rather than always there. When symptoms were 'bad' penis looked like it had smegma on it despite regular cleaning without soap) and it was a bit smelly. Doctor suggested the cream is used 2-3 times a day for up to 6 weeks. If symptoms persist after that then refer on. Symptoms improved since using cream for last week. I have been STD checked and all negative. My questions are: 1. Are there any side effects from using Dermol cream for so long? I've read some creams like hydrocortisone can cause skin to thin. 2. My glans still aren't perfectly smooth. They are some small indent lines sometimes and some tiny red lumps sometimes. Is this completely normal and I'm only noticing as I'm paying more attention or could this be something else?
