I Have Been Prescribed Cerazette For Contraception After Giving Birth

I have been prescribed Cerazette for contraception after giving birth to my daughter. I have been taking it since she was 8 weeks old and she is now 16 weeks. Each time I have tried to have sex with my partner I have a burning sensation just inside the entrance to my vagina which causes sex to be excruciatingly painful. Such that I cannot carry on. It is not enjoyable and as such we have only attempted sex 4 times in that space of time as I now have little sex drive and am now actually scared to have sex. I am exclusively breastfeeding from the start. I know to use plenty of lubrication but this doesn't help at all. Any idea whether cerazette is causing this, and should I stop taking it?
