I have been on lowering blood pressure tablet since I was 35 (now 63). Have had 5 stents put in in 2007, am also on statin of 80mg once per day plus an asprin once a day. I have also put myself on CoQ10 which I feel I need for energy and a general 'kick me' start. I have been on them for 3 months and I think it's making a difference. I have been on statins for round 15 years. I was told they (CoQ10) were also a blood thinner. Should I be on them or not?
