I have been having worse allergies this year than ever in my life. FOur years ago we moved to another state and I was pregant. Obviously either of these things could have trigger new allergies. But this year is the worst by far. I am on a nasal steroid spray, I have allergy eydrops just so I can wear contacts for even a bit. I take Zyrtec, and I also sometimes take mucinex, sudafed, or cholratrimeton tabs. My skin is now hyperreactive. One bug bite will temporarily turn into a rash in the area. I have been having to use my inhaler (allergic asthma) at least twice a day. All of this has been miserable, but now My ankles are bruised and swollen. I think there may be one or two bug bites there, but the swelling and pain seems to be moving down my feet. Should I be worried? Is the swelling related to allergies or too much medicine or what?
