I Have Been Having Vaginal Bleeding For About Four Months.

I have been having vaginal bleeding for about four months. I had a hysterectomy about 6 years ago. My GYN thought it was from using the applicator for my estrace cream to deep. She used silver nitrate on the the area and it slowed down. I still have bleeding. I do use a lot of Ibuprofen to premedicate for my MS medication 3x a week, and for migraines I use Excedrine Migraine. I am scheduled to go see her again this week since it seems to have gotten worse.
Could this be something altogether different or worse? Seems to get worse if I have a bowel movement or exert myself. Otherwise I may work and it hardly bleed enough for any thing to think I need to go to a doctor.
