I Have Been Having Trouble Lately Managing My Blood Sugar

I have been having trouble lately managing my blood sugar and the doctor has prescribed medication to try to control it. I take Losartan HCTZ 100-25mg for blood pressure. I have tried Metformin 500 MG twice a day, Jenuvia - 2 a day and Glimepiride 2000 once a day. None of these medications seem to work to control my blood sugar. Is there a possibility that my blood pressure medication be interacting in a negative manner?
