I have been having seizures every other month, grand mal seizures and they usually follow after another. I've been to the emergency room for it but they just tell me to see a neurologist so every time I have one (I've had them in public places where the ambulance has been called plenty of times) I just don't even think about it and just imagine it never happened. I wish I knew why I had them. A side note, I am an alcoholic and drink everyday (I don't get drunk everyday but I definitely can drink more than most people) and I also am a drug addict, anything I can get my hands on but I've been clean off those kind of drugs (exclude alcohol) for about 3months and I'm still having seizures. It's scary because I wake up and a whole chunk of my memory is gone and I won't remember things from months ago. I'll also wake up and not remember where I'm at but the people I'm around always do a good job at calming me. Do you think drinking has to do with it or do you think I'm just going to be catorgorized as epileptic because they don't have any other answer.
