I have been having itching on my face and goes to most of my body but is worst on my face and scalp. I itch really bad, scratch and then have puffy redness and bumps on my face. Cortisone 10 works great if I use it daily. But that started thinning my skin out and causing wrinkles under my eyes...which I don't really want since I'm only 27. This has only been this way for a few months and I can't for the life of me figure it out.
