I have been having diarrhea on and off now for about a year. I just that it was IBS. Well fri I went out to dinner and had to use the bathroom immediately. Sat morning I began to have some cramps that turned into severe lower abdominal pain. It lasted for about a hour on and off. It felt like I was giving birth. Sat evening my stomach felt like I had laughed for hours. Sore but no pain and I was passing gas. Sunday my body felt like a truck ran me over more in my stomach area below my belly button. I have been passing gas and have had a little bit of diarrhea today. I feel bloated and can only eat a little at a time for I feel full fast. I still have my appetite and never ran a fever or vomit at all. Do u think this could be crohns? And I do feel pressure(sore) at my anus when I push. Can u please help ?
