I Have Been Having Chronic Right Sided Lung Discomfort For

I have been having chronic right sided lung discomfort for 2 years and it has increased over the last 2 months. I do have post nasal drip constantly and live in a 200 year old house that has mold inside the home (getting ready to move in the next 2 weeks to a new house). In addition i have RUQ pain that varies in severity. Recently had exp. lab and diagnosed with fatty liver. I constantly am coughing up clear sputum which wakes me up every night and feeling like I cannot breath. I use albuterol several times a day now and most of the time it works, but other times I do not get releive. I have had a Lung CAT scan that I had to follow up on lung scan last year where I had severe small pulmonary nodules. Follow up scan 3 months ago showed nodules dissipated except one nodule right middle lobe measuring 4 mm but scarring at the base of both lungs, right more than left. I have a wood burning stove for heat. The pain and SOB/discomfort exacerbated by eating. Been to many doctors and they have not clue..any ideas?
