I Have Been Feeling "off" For Little Over A Month,

I have been feeling "off" for little over a month, Very lethargic, no energy. Had blood test and it came back low iron and B12, Dr at time didn't advise to do anything. Then abou 2 weeks ago had pins and needles in hands and feet and difficulty walking, no enegery, no appetite. Went to another Dr 2 days ago and he suggested B12 injection, had it on same day. i now have slightly more enegery, but am now experiencing pain in my gums and the right side of my face is numb and is not moving properly. Is this normal with B12 or should I go back to my Dr. I'm really concerned.
