I Have Been Diagnosed With Pitoryosis Rosacea Many Years Ago.

I have been diagnosed with pitoryosis rosacea
many years ago. It comes and goes. But this past year has been steady red bumps on the Areola part of my breast. It is the most intense itching I’ve ever had. Keeps me awake even. The itching is almost unbearable. What is causing this. Food allergy? I’ve been under very extreme stress for past 3 years. Is that the cause? I’ve tried a million different creams and ointments. Nothing is working. I know I am horrible allergic to nylon. So I wear mostly cotton clothing. I am allergic to most soaps and detergents and never use dryer sheets. All cotton PJ and bedding. What can I do to alleviate? Help!
