I have always had a sort of growth (lump) on my anus, never had problems with it. This morning after my bowel movement the stool was hanging from my anus by something resembling a stalk - or so I thought. It broke when I pulled down for the stool to release. My problem now is that my anus is very painful and there is still thing thing hanging from my anus - and it is super painful to have a bowel movement. It is as if I am constipated something that never really happens to me. Should I rather go see a Doctor?
