I have always been a good sleeper. Never had any

I have always been a good sleeper. Never had any problem falling asleep or staying asleep. I take 5mg escitalopram & for the last 2 nights have had to take Advil PM to get me to sleep. But, both last night & tonight, I'm waking up & can't fall back asleep. As well, my lower back is aching very much which causes me to be quite restless when in bed, Suggestions?

I didn't realize I had to pay for this. I just can't afford it. Thank you anyway.

I have a 5 year old son who lately has been waking in the middle of the night complaining of forehead headaches. This weekend he started running a 101-101.5 fever. Once the Motrin is given he perks up. The fever may or may not return immediately once it wears off. There are no other symptoms of illness. He has always been a good sleeper so his waking in the middle of the night is atypical. This has been going on for the past month or so. I would think it is some sort of virus except that it has been going on too long. Any ideas? Thank you.

I am 19 years old, female, 5 feet 3 inches, 120 lbs and I am a very light sleeper. I often wake up multiple times a night and find myself very tired the next day due to lack of sleep. Is there any way to fix my circadian rhythm to make myself a deeper sleeper?

Hello. I am a 23 year old female. I am 5ft6 and weigh 8 stone 3. I eat healthy and exercise on a regular basis. I have started to go grey very rapidly. I have never dyed my hair and try my best to take good care of it. I have spoken to both my parents who didn t go grey until their 40s. I have however recently bought and moved into my first house. I haven t been sleeping as well as usual and do feel stressed; could this be the cause and if so will my hair stop going so grey so quickly?
