I have a thoracic ascending aortic aneurysm and am very active, 6-8 miles of walking a day. What concerns me is yard work. I have 2.5 hours of mowing, spread over two days. I use a push mower because of the terrain which is mostly up and down. We have nearly an acre of yard which we spend a lot of time gardening: Hauling and spreading mulch, hoeing, shoveling, raking, all the tasks that go with gardening. My bp is in the range of 120/76. Am I overdoing it. Thanks.
