I Have A Small Angular Tear In L3L4 And A

I have a small angular tear in L3L4 and a midline tear in L5/S1. A few of the discs are herniated also. Occasional left foot numbness and now have a vibrating pulse in my left groin area. My back pain has been constant the last two years on the lower left side. I have done acupuncture, chiropractor, physical therapy, pain management with a disco gram. I have a referal out to see a Neurosurgeon.
