I have a shoulder issue and a tooth issue is I ok if I ask about both?
First. My shoulder was ripped away from the rotary cuff 7 years ago and I have severe pain in it especially at night when I sleep or lay on it for too long. I wake up crying quite regularly. I had no motor control of my arm at the time of the injury and I had to do physical therapy to gain control of my arm again at home and in hospital. Do you think after so long with the pain becoming more severe and more frequently I may need surgery or another alternate option to help it?

Second my tooth lost a filling and due to the lost filling my tooth cracked and a portion of it fell off. I have severe tooth pain and the nerve has been exposed for quite along many months. I cannot afford to have it pulled or capped what other options might I have available to me?
