I have a sharp pain (that just doesn't go away) in the upper right side of my upper back. At first I thought it was a muscle pull because of what I was doing about 3 weeks ago and because it went across my whole upper back in the area of my bra band. That pain eased after taking IBU and using a heating pad, but now it centers on like a "knot" right next to my spine in that upper area. It eases somewhat when I hunch my back, but it is still there.
