I Have A Serious Phobia Of Gynecology Doctor Visits. Consequently

I have a serious phobia of gynecology doctor visits. Consequently it's been 7 years since I've had an exam and I've been wearing a tampon every day for the last 4 years because the discharge is so heavy and it stinks. I am not even sexually active anymore due to these issues. Now I fear the doctor even more than before because I feel it's gotten worse down there. Years ago I had abnormal Pap smears and had to have a biopsy and after that they froze off pre-cancerous stuff from my cervix. I'm afraid of what the diagnosis may be now also. My hips hurt (down close to my buttocks and I cramp often and my periods come more than once a month
I'm not sure what to do at this point... Suggestions? More info that may be helpful: the area around my vagina is always red and swollen looking and I've had issues with frequent bacterial infections in the past but even after taking prescribed meds I still had symptoms...it's getting worse because the discharge fills up tampons now and still leaks through and the smell is obviously bothersome. I've just dealt with this for so long now that I'm afraid it's become a way of life...that has cut me off from sex completely and made me even more paranoid of going to the Doctor.
