I have a seafoam sponge stuck inside my vagina, This piece of sponge has been insise my vagina for 12+ hours. It is difficult for me to feel inside my vagina comfortably as I have false nails. So I can t check or tell where the sponge is inside me without irritating myself (which I have already done too much of when trying to remove the sponge). What do you recommend I do? And also, what is the likelihood I will get an infection due to leaving a cosmetic makeup sponge in my vagina for so long? I may have scratched myself inside too.
