I have a red rash that started on outside cheeks of buttocks and lower back. It was red spots, measle looking rash. I used hydrocortisone cream which helped with itching but it spread around my ribs and up to bank of skull. It has been almost a week, today I noticed the origin of rash, lower back and cheeks were bluefish purple, like a bruise. Looks like someone hit me with a bat. No pain, no fever. Had some foot cramps and shin pain intermittently. Any ideas?
