I have a rash under one breast that has now appeared partially under the other with a few bumps between the breasts. Started about 2 1/2 months. I burns most of the time and nothing seems to help. There are small red bumps and a couple cracked areas. I have tried hydrocortisone, topical antiseptics, baby powder and about 3 wks ago my MD prescribed clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate. II have also washed with antimicrobial soap. Nothing has helped. I have always dried this area well and have clean clothing daily. I have not changed soaps, either bathing or clothes washing. It looks worse right after a shower with reddened areas that are larger. It is not painful to touch but is uncomfortable when the skin in that area is moved with body movements or when the water from the shower hits this area. Any suggestions other than return to my MD?
