I have a rash that is on my back, sides, thighs, and waistline. It looks red and blotchy in different sizes. It does itch put it is not prickly. The VA hospital did not even let me come in, they just provided me with Hydro-cortisone cream. i have been using it and it has not gotten better. I have had this rash for over 3 weeks now and it is more prevalent when I play sports and sweat or just hot. If this is a heat rash shouldn't it go away or can it be something else?
