I Have A Question Concerning My 85 Year Old Mother-in-law.

I have a question concerning my 85 year old mother-in-law. She has a long history of bladder infections and has an infection now. She was at a specialist 2 days ago and specimin is being cultured, won't be ready until Saturday. She had blood in urine today, says it was better this evening and is due to take a maintenance-type antibiotic later this evening. She has had flu-like symptoms yesterday and today, upset stomach, shaking, weak, etc. It doesn't seem like she has a fever but she's been thirsty. The bladder specialist was notified yesterday and said symptoms did not sound like bladder but seemed more like the flu, to contact primary care doctor. Primary did not indicate any urgency as long as she didn't feel bad enough to go to urgent care. If she is comfortable for the night is there any danger in letting her sleep for the night and check with primary doctors in the morning?
