I Have A Question. My Mother Has Many Diagnosis. End

I have a question. My mother has many diagnosis. End stage renal failure, vascular dementia, A-PHIB, Hypoxia, malnutrition because she will only eat chips and ice cream which conflicts with dialysis diet. When I do prepare meals the food get chewed up and put right back on her plate. I make sure she drink 2 boost a day. She is having a more and more challenging time walking. She believes it is arthritis due o spinal fusion. My question is since she is not in and out of the hospital in my care, what are the final signs before her life here ends? There has been 2 people she goes to dialysis with as well whose loved ones cared for them with nursing background like myself, therefore, they were not in and out of the hospital. What are the signs?
