I have a pulsating neck vein that keeps jumping above my collar bone on the right side.I am worried as
I do not know the cause.I did not have this condition before but noticed it for about the last month or so, it jumps non stop. Almost feel as if it is my heart beating.Could this be sign of a heart condition?
