I have a pilonidal cyst today it ruptured and I went to the doctor they cut it and drained it and packed the wound. I looked at the bandage and it covers most of my butt but now I have to poop. The doctor said not to remove the bandage or shower. I definitely don't want to risk infection, I have 8 hours until I see the doctor to get it unpacked. Should I hold it for 8 hours or poop and risk e infection?
