I Have A Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver - Asymptomatic Except For

I have a nonalcoholic fatty liver - asymptomatic except for elevated liver enzymes. I was taking ibuprofen for minor arthritis pain but switched to acetominophen before I learned of my liver diagnosis. There is a history of heart disease in my family which is why I switched. Per my doctor's advice I have given up alcohol and am trying to lose weight. My question is should I go back to using ibuprofen since acetominophen can effect the liver? I take 4 ES tablets a day.
