I have a mass in my diaphragm that is 5-7

I have a mass in my diaphragm that is 5-7 cm in diameter. At first, they thought it was a mass in my lung from the initial chest x-ray. I went to my GP because I had been having pain in my right side under my breast for a couple of months. She thought that it was just a muscle pull and advised me to take it easy. I went back to her a few weeks ago as I was still in pain and when I bent over, it felt like something was trying to get out of my chest. I felt like I was in the movie Alien and that something was going to burst out of my chest. At first they thought cancer but all the test were negative and then they thought hernia after a chest and abdominal CT scan. I went to a thoracic surgeon who said it was not cancer, not a hernia and was a mass of fat. He said to wait three months to see if it gets bigger and have another CT scan. In the meantime, I don't know what to do about the pain besides Advil or Tylenol. I'm not happy about waiting but neither the specialist or my GP were too concerned and again advised me to take it easy.

I have been having these spasms in my diaphragm, It feels like I need to cough all the time. and it feels like i cant get a full breath of air. The spasm also goes up to my lower throat. Its painful, but not too painful. The pain goes into my back between my shoulder blades. I am 34 yrs old, female. Had my gallbladder removed 7 mo ago. Recently recovering from sepsis after a kidney stone became blocked. I went to the er with a fever, 125 pulse, blood and bacteria in my urine. However my blood labs were normal, so the doctor didnt start any antibiotics until the next morning when I went into septic shock. I ve been on IV antibiotics for 3 months and was finally able to stop them 3 weeks ago. I am doing great. No signs of infection. BUT... this spasm thing must end. I feel like I am going to vomit 24/7. whats wrong with me?

For the last 6 months I have been having what appears to be a diaphram that cramps. The cramps happen at any time and often there is a series of cramps that might last about 5 minutes total. I had an abdominal ultrasound done and nothing was found. I am seeing my doctor as well as looking through the internet. Thank you for any input.

My husband had two cardiac stents inserted last April. He is doing very well and there have been no complications. Over the past two days he has developed short and sporadic fluttering in his diaphram. Each incident lasts about 2-3 seconds. He has experienced 5-7 incidents per day. We called his doctor who does not seem too concerned. What is causing this. What are the possible contributory factors?
