I have a lump on my lower left pelvis, just to the right of where it meets my thigh, but on the pelvis, not the thigh. It is tender to the touch. It feels almost like I ran into something but there was never a bruise (that I noticed). It doesn't hurt or seem to be too affected by movement. I have done some moderate exercise in the gym but nothing that I would have expected would cause this. I otherwise feel fine and have had recent well checks (including all recommended gyno exams and blood tests in past year). I am a 52 year old female.
