I have a lump directly under my jaw bone under my chin. It is painful. When I stretch my neck it feels like muscles pulling and is painful. The pain at times radiates along jawline to ears. I have noticed this lump several months ago but was not painful at that time. The left side of my neck, in the same spot, had been itchy for about 3 weeks off and on. I have several moles in that area. (not all the same kind of mole) then I noticed last week it looked like a pimple or insect bite had developed and had a little hard ball with it. Now a week later I started with this pain about 24 hours ago. Sitting here typing I am in pain. My chin area feels weird, huge, painful. Ears & teeth feel funny. I was chewing gum yesterday, something I don't do very often. I am under a lot of stress right now.
