I have a history of ovarian cysts which have come and go however have severe pain, more so an ache, dull pain in my what seems to be my right ovary that radiates to my back area. I have been to GYN, Ortho's, and even had a CT scan and internal U/S and outside to be told that they don't see anything wrong besides a small cyst on my left side which has no pain at all. I do have the Mirena and have had with my first son but don't recall this pain
