I have a history of IBS. I have constipation sometimes and other times I have diarrhea (usually not of even consistency and usually kind of greasy. I do not have much pain but I have a new "type" of gas. I must apply more pressure with diaphragm to release it. It is foul smelling and LOUD. Two nights ago, as I was just about to fall to sleep, I realized that my panties and pajama bottoms were filling with diarrhea of even consistency. There was no warning nor any sensation that it was happening. I only knew when I felt in on my skin. What is going on?
