I have a feeling of heat continuously (comes and goes) on the outer part of the top of my left foot (near my ankle). I don't have any other pain with this, and it feels like the heat from a heater is focused on that area. This has been occurring for the last week. I also have a pain on my upper left shoulder area that feel like a sunburn, but there are no visible moles, scratches burns or anything. It hurts like a bra strap is rubbing on a sunburn, even if I don't have any clothes on that area. This has been happening for about 3 months.
