I have a cyst in left ovary of 4.1 cm endometriatic cyst with septation and internal echoes
Endometrial thickness 0.8 cm.
My right ovary also aches sometimes but in left ovary pain is acute during periods.
My doctor gave me Famila ,birth control pill for shrinkage of cyst. This medicine has to be used from 5th day of my periods for 3mnths after which i wonthave periods in that interval.
But I have pain n fever during periods.
Please tell me is it cancer?
What treatment should I take since my doctor isn't serious in my matter .
