I have a 5.4cm complex cyst on my right ovary. The report says that the cyst has thickened walls and internal sepations. Is this more suspious of a malignant cyst or not? If not then what is? Also three weeks prior I had a horrible uti and a week after that the worse period of my life!!! Heavy cramping and bad back pain with heavy bleeding and clotting. All of this sent me to the doctor and they finally did an ultrasound and found the cyst. Waiting for apt. With obgyn but I was curious. And the past two weeks I have been very nausea and voimited twice. By the way I am 24 years old, two kids, both c sections, and I started my period when I was ten. Don't know if that helps anything but thank you in advance for your time to address my deep concern!
