I Have A 4 Mm Cystic Foci In The Tail

I have a 4 mm cystic foci in the tail of my pancreas considered to be a side branch IPMN. I also have hepatic cyst and bilateral renal cysts along with 5 mm unobstructing calculus in the lower pole of the left kidney. I have a long history of both achalasia & 'nutcrackers esophagus' (now labeled esophageal motility disorder), both of which are treated with endoscopy and Botox injections usually annually. I was also diagnosed with microscopic lymphocytic colitis about a year ago which led my to give up eating grains (initially wheat, rice, corn & oats: all have been brought back into my diet with the exclusion of wheat).
I have now chronic upper abdominal pain on my lower left side, lots of gas after eating, recurrent esophagus problems, and recurrent diarrhea that is difficult to manage.
My question: should I be concerned about the cysts (pancreas, hepatic, and renal) and would further dianostic or surgical options be advised?
