I Have SLE, Cogans, Hypothyroid And Mild Heart Disease. I

I have SLE, Cogans, hypothyroid and mild heart disease. I take cartia, statin, mycophenolate 2000mg per day, betahistine 48mg per, day, 10 mg diazepam, .5 mg of risperadone and 15 mg mirtazipine. I have bad insomnia making me more ill. The sleeping pills all block the H1 receptor causing deafness and tinnitus coz of the Cogans disease. What other meds could help me sleep. I take 3 mg melatonin already. We have tried all SSRIS, SNRIS and cant take trycyclics.
