Can you Please give ideas on how to bring it down faster, I am having surgery after May 1, 2008. Can it get normal by two weeks..? I just went to the Dr. today..I haven t began my Medicine yet, waiting for approval..by insurance..
It's really not particularly high, certainly doesnt seem high enough to begin medication for it.
If anything it is the high side of normal.
Healthy diet, exercise and plenty of rest should help bring it down a bit.
Good luck with your surgery. x
