I Have A History Of Pulmonary Hypertension And Two Episodes

I have A history of pulmonary hypertension and two episodes of heart failure, the last one 13 months ago. A ICD and pacemaker was inserted last March. Last checked 12 days ago working perfectly and normal EKG. Have been having episodes of L foot pain and swelling to makes it very difficult to walk. I also have DM and Depression and Anxiety. Taking same meds past 3 years. Snowed in and cannot get out to see either Doctor 82 miles away. Foot pain has occurred about every month for a year. Any ideas? Internet and Cardio say no leg swelling every 3 mos.
