I had to get between two students today to prevent a fight. With my hand open, I placed my hand on the student’s chest. The student leaned into my hand. I didn’t feel pain at the time, but my adrenaline was running high. Within 10-15 minutes, the medial side of my wrist, from my thumb and up through my wrist began to ache. I’m curious as to whether this is a sprain or strain. I’m resting it, icing it and have it wrapped. I have full motion, it’s just aching. Thanks!
